From photography to global activation
Tanya Tenica never set out to be a business mentor or ministry strategist. She began as a photographer. One invitation to lunch turned into a monthly gathering of women, then men, and eventually an entire movement. What started small became Legacy Changers, where Tanya taught biblical principles and helped people discover their God-given assignments.
That simple yes in obedience opened doors. Tanya dove into online marketing, blogging, and eventually founded the School of Activation, where she now equips business leaders and ministry pioneers to walk boldly in their God-given call.
Business, ministry, and the call of God
Tanya believes the worlds of business and ministry are not separate—they are deeply connected.
Ministries require systems, marketing, and strategy.
Businesses are often platforms for disciple-making.
Leaders in both arenas carry unique anointings that must be stewarded.
“Most leaders have a personal brand because people come to them for the anointing they carry. The problem is, many are wearing Saul’s armor—building with someone else’s methods instead of walking in their true call.” —Tanya Tenica
Her passion is helping believers strip away what doesn’t belong and step fully into their own God-given framework.
Purpose, call, and assignment
One of Tanya’s most impactful teachings is the distinction between purpose, call, and assignment:
Purpose: Intimacy with God. Every believer’s ultimate purpose is to walk with Him.
Call: A divine summons. The unique way God wired you to see and respond to the world.
Assignment: The specific, often seasonal, tasks God gives. Assignments change, but your call remains.
Confusing these can leave people burned out or emotionally attached to things God never meant to be permanent. Knowing the difference brings clarity and freedom.
Spiritual warfare in the marketplace
Tanya also addresses a topic many avoid: spiritual warfare in business. Just as territories and homes can carry spiritual residue, so can industries. Coaching, healthcare, government, or media all carry histories, cultures, and strongholds.
“Demons don’t just target churches—they target the marketplace. Jesus raised up entrepreneurs as His disciples. We must stop separating what God never separated.”
Understanding this helps believers discern whether resistance is simply “hard work” or a true spiritual battle requiring prayer and authority.
Discipline, rest, and the nervous system
Activation isn’t just spiritual—it’s physical. Tanya integrates science, medicine, and theology to show how men and women are designed differently and how that impacts business and ministry.
Women must honor hormonal cycles to avoid burnout.
Men must balance drive with rest to maintain healthy relationships.
Both need to steward their nervous systems to handle the weight of God’s call.
“You can’t declare your way out of a nervous system that’s overwhelmed. Your body has to align with what God has spoken over your life.”
This holistic perspective helps leaders avoid the trap of building with Babylonian, performance-driven systems instead of Kingdom rhythms.
The School of Activation
Through her School of Activation, Tanya equips leaders with:
Frameworks for business and ministry growth
Tools for discerning call versus assignment
Strategies for aligning spiritual, physical, and emotional health
Licensing and resources others can immediately use and teach
Her mission is simple: to activate and release leaders into their God-given rank, order, and authority.

Most Christian entrepreneurs love people. It is one of the reasons they started their business. They want to help, encourage, support, teach, mentor, or provide a service that truly makes a difference. But as the business grows and more people enter the picture, something surprising happens. Keeping up with everyone becomes harder, not because the
When most people hear the word CRM, they picture sales teams, corporate offices, and big commercial companies. What they rarely imagine is a pastor using a CRM to shepherd a congregation, or a Christian business leader using one to build Kingdom culture inside their team. Yet this is exactly what is happening today in ministries
