VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Sept. 22, 2025 -- International author and speaker Os Hillman today announced the launch of TGIF: Generations in partnership with SheepFeast, co-led by Mark Rowan and Dr. Je Hammonds. The new project—anchored by TGIF: Generations Podcast—passes on stories of God's faithfulness and equips Millennials, Gen Z, and rising leaders to live out their callings across business and culture.
"I've been thinking about succession planning, and you and I started talking about the need for really equipping the next generation. The faith-at-work movement has not done a great job in bringing forward this message into the next generations—the 20s, 30s, and even 40s," said Os Hillman in the first episode of the Generations podcast. "This is our moment to invest, mentor, and help younger leaders avoid pitfalls while they carry the mission forward."
Building on the global reach of Today God Is First (TGIF), TGIF: Generations blends weekly devotionals, practical mentorship, and authentic conversation to bridge generational gaps. Through the SheepFeast partnership, the initiative will cultivate a growing community of mentors and mentees, develop discipleship pathways for marketplace leaders, and spotlight testimonies of transformation.

TGIF: Generations Podcast, hosted by Hillman with Rowan and Hammonds, features candid dialogue on calling, character, leadership, and the realities of faith at work—grounded in Psalm 145:4: "One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts."
TGIF: Generations is a partnership between Os Hillman and SheepFeast dedicated to passing biblical wisdom, testimony, and practical tools to the next generation of marketplace leaders through podcasts, devotionals, mentorship, and community.
