Christian entrepreneurs want more than productivity. They want peace. They want clarity. They want a workday that reflects the presence of God rather than the pressure of the world.

You are not simply trying to get more done. You are trying to stay aligned with the assignment God has given you. You want to work from rest, not rush. You want to live out Kingdom purpose, not overwhelm.

Faith based productivity means working with God instead of striving on your own. It means creating systems that support peace, not stress. A CRM can help you do this.

A CRM is more than a business tool. It is a structure that allows you to walk in clarity and operate in the fruit of peace while still accomplishing the practical things your business requires. This guide explains how using a CRM can transform your workday and help you operate with faith filled focus.

1. A CRM Brings Biblical Order to Your Daily Work

God works through order. From creation to the design of the tabernacle, Scripture shows us that order creates space for His presence. Disorder creates confusion.

A CRM helps bring structure to your calling by:

Collecting all tasks in one place

Keeping your priorities visible

Preventing tasks from slipping through the cracks

Organizing communication

Centralizing your workflow

Order produces peace. Peace creates clarity.
Clarity allows you to lead well.

Many Christian entrepreneurs feel anxious because they lack a simple system to manage the things God has entrusted to them. A CRM restores order so your mind can rest.

2. A CRM Helps You Focus on What God Actually Called You to Do

Not every task is your assignment. Many times overwhelm comes from trying to juggle responsibilities that are not connected to your calling.

A CRM helps you identify:

What only you can do

What you can delegate

What can be automated

What no longer needs to be done

This creates margin.
Margin creates focus.
Focus creates impact.

Faith based productivity is not about doing more. It is about doing what matters with intention and clarity. A CRM gives you the ability to see your work through the lens of purpose.

3. A CRM Reduces Mental Clutter and Creates Space to Hear God

Most Christian entrepreneurs carry far more in their minds than they should. Ideas, reminders, conversations, follow ups, messages, inspiration, tasks, questions, and responsibilities all sit in the brain with no system to organize them.

This mental load makes it harder to hear God clearly.

A CRM relieves this mental pressure by storing everything for you.
Your mind is no longer a to-do list.

This frees your thoughts for:

Creativity

Strategy

Spiritual discernment

Vision casting

Problem solving

Prayer

When your mind is clear, the voice of God becomes easier to recognize in your daily work.

4. A CRM Strengthens Peace by Eliminating Last Minute Stress

Many Christian entrepreneurs live in constant reaction mode.
They respond to emergencies instead of leading with intention.

A CRM eliminates this stress by helping you:

See everything in advance

Set reminders

Automate repetitive tasks

Prepare for meetings

Follow up on time

Manage workload

Suddenly your workday feels manageable.
You are not rushing.
You are not scrambling.
You are not overwhelmed.

Peace becomes a normal part of your work, not an occasional gift.

5. A CRM Helps You Build Faith Filled Routines

Productivity becomes sustainable when it is consistent. A CRM helps you create daily and weekly rhythms that support spiritual and operational growth.

These may include:

Daily team check ins

Weekly planning

Monthly discipleship meetings

Automated encouragement messages

Recurring tasks for accountability

Prayer and reflection reminders

Scheduled communication with clients and partners

These rhythms create stability.
Stability creates growth.
Growth creates impact.

Faith based routines keep you aligned with God’s heart while you work.

6. A CRM Supports a Peaceful Work Environment for Your Team

A peaceful leader creates a peaceful culture.
Your internal world sets the tone for your external environment.

When you use a CRM to stay organized, your team benefits because:

You communicate clearly

You follow up consistently

You make decisions with confidence

You are more available emotionally

You lead with calmness instead of urgency

You set a predictable pace

People thrive when leadership carries peace.
The CRM becomes a discipleship tool for shaping your team culture.

7. A CRM Helps You See Fruit Over Time, Not Just Tasks

Many Christian entrepreneurs accomplish far more than they realize. They simply do not track it. A CRM allows you to measure progress so you can see the fruit God is producing through your efforts.

You can track:

Growth in clients

Growth in engagement

Growth in communication consistency

Growth in discipleship pathways

Growth in relational impact

Growth in your team’s development

Growth in business revenue

This encourages your faith.
It shows God’s faithfulness.
It reminds you of the progress you may overlook.

Faith Based Productivity Is Easier With The Farmwork

Most productivity tools focus only on tasks. The Farmwork supports your Kingdom calling by helping you work with clarity, peace, and purpose.

Inside The Farmwork you can:

Organize your entire business

Build community

The Farmwork gives you the structure to operate with peace and the technology to multiply your impact.

Christian entrepreneurs carry a unique assignment. You are not simply running a business. You are stewarding people. You are building influence. You are creating value that reflects the character of God. You are operating in a calling that is both spiritual and practical.

To carry that calling well, you need clarity, structure, and consistent systems. That is where a Christian CRM becomes one of the most powerful tools in your business. A CRM helps you organize relationships, automate responsibilities, and communicate with excellence. It allows you to spend less time managing chaos and more time focusing on the work God has entrusted to you.

This guide explains the seven most important ways a Christian CRM strengthens your business and your calling.

1. A Christian CRM Helps You Steward Relationships With Excellence

Every connection in your business is a life God has placed in your path. Clients, prospects, partners, students, members, donors, and team members are not random. They are opportunities to serve, encourage, and influence.

A Christian CRM helps you keep track of:

Conversations

Notes and prayer needs

Commitments

Follow ups

Milestones

Preferences

Spiritual growth points if relevant

Customer history

This is more than customer management. It is stewardship.

When you remember details that matter, people feel valued. When you follow up consistently, trust grows. When you show care and attention, you model the heart of Christ. A CRM helps you do this without the stress of trying to remember everything on your own.

2. A Christian CRM Reduces Overwhelm by Bringing Order to Your Workflow

Many Christian entrepreneurs are vision driven. You carry passion, ideas, and a desire to make an impact. But vision can become overwhelming when your daily responsibilities are scattered across apps, notebooks, emails, texts, and mental reminders.

A CRM centralizes your entire workflow into one organized system. It provides:

Task lists

Pipelines

Reminders

Schedules

Automations

Contact records

Notes and files

Client journeys

This reduces decision fatigue. It removes mental clutter. It brings peace to your daily rhythm.

When your business becomes more organized, you have more margin to think creatively, hear God clearly, and lead intentionally.

3. A Christian CRM Improves Communication and Builds Trust

Clear communication is essential for Kingdom influence. Whether you are serving clients, leading a ministry team, managing a membership, or discipling others, your communication habits shape the experience people have with your business.

A Christian CRM helps you:

Send automated email follow ups

Deliver SMS reminders

Schedule regular newsletters

Create welcome sequences

Send personalized communication at scale

Confirm appointments automatically

When communication is consistent, people feel cared for. When communication is personal, relationships become stronger. When communication reflects integrity and excellence, your message carries more weight.

A CRM makes this easy and repeatable.

4. A Christian CRM Helps You Multiply Your Time Through Automation

Growth is a blessing, but without the right systems, growth can create pressure. Many Christian entrepreneurs hit a ceiling because they try to run everything manually. A CRM breaks that pattern through automation.

With automation, you can:

Send instant responses to new inquiries

Trigger follow up sequences

Deliver onboarding resources

Create task reminders

Move contacts through pipelines

Organize leads automatically

Tag people based on behavior

Guide clients through repeatable journeys

This frees hours of your week and creates more time for strategy, creativity, and spiritual leadership.

Automation allows you to scale without losing personal connection or burning out.

5. A Christian CRM Helps You Strengthen Discipleship Inside Your Business

Many Christian entrepreneurs are also teachers, coaches, mentors, pastors, or thought leaders. You are not only providing a service. You are leading people toward transformation.

A Christian CRM helps you disciple your business by:

Tracking progress

Monitoring engagement

Delivering lessons or training

Leading clients through structured pathways

Creating community spaces

Facilitating accountability

Sending intentional encouragement

This keeps people on a growth journey. It provides structure to the transformation process. It helps you invest in people more consistently without losing sight of individuals.

A CRM is not only administrative. It is a tool for impact.

6. A Christian CRM Helps You Build Community and Connection

The Kingdom of God grows through community. People thrive when they are connected, encouraged, and supported.

Many Christian business owners struggle to build community because the tools are scattered across different platforms. A Christian CRM brings everything into one place.

You can build:

Membership spaces

Group coaching environments

Discipleship communities

Student cohorts

Accountability groups

Supportive business networks

When people gather in a shared space, engagement increases. Transformation becomes easier. And the vision God gave you spreads farther.

7. A Christian CRM Gives You More Peace and More Space to Hear God

When your business is disorganized, your mind becomes cluttered. When your mind is cluttered, it is harder to hear God clearly. A CRM removes stress by bringing order, structure, and calm.

With a CRM you experience:

Fewer dropped tasks

Fewer last minute emergencies

More clarity

More time

More rest

More margin

More confidence

More direction

This gives space for revelation, creativity, and spiritual leadership.

Your calling becomes easier to carry. Your business becomes easier to lead. Your team becomes easier to support.

A CRM helps you grow without losing your peace.

The Best Christian CRM for Kingdom Entrepreneurs: The Farmwork

There are many CRM platforms available, but few are created with Christian entrepreneurs in mind. The Farmwork is built for Kingdom leaders who want to grow their business, strengthen their calling, and disciple people through technology.

The Farmwork includes:

Automated workflows

Sales pipelines

Courses and training tools

How Your Daily Work Can Be a Discipleship Engine

In a world where business and faith often live in separate boxes, Brett Johnson is on a mission to tear down those walls. Speaking on the Corral Call with Mr. Mark and Dr. Je, Brett unpacked what it means to truly integrate discipleship with daily work, a movement he calls Bizcipleship.

Born in South Africa and now based in the U.S., Brett has spent decades equipping business leaders to run their ventures with a Kingdom mindset. His book, Bizcipleship: Recovering the Lost Purpose of Business, was born out of a startling realization: traditional discipleship models often ignore the place where most of us spend the majority of our time — work.

A Revelation in a Greenhouse

During a 2017 training in South Africa, Brett asked business participants to define “discipleship.” They gave textbook answers — mostly disconnected from business life. But then, he challenged one business owner, who made greenhouse tunnels, to describe his workflow. Step by step, Brett showed how each task — from answering the phone to delivering a quote — could reflect the nature and character of God.

“Your receptionist should smile when she answers the phone — why? Because God is joyful,” Brett said. “When you put together a quote, do it with integrity — because God is a God of truth and excellence.”

This sparked a powerful idea: what if every business process became a discipleship opportunity?

Business as a Discipling Machine

One of Brett’s strongest claims is that every business — no matter the industry — should function as a discipleship community. He explained how the workplace provides far more exposure to people than most churches do.

“As a pastor, I had maybe an hour or two a week with people,” Brett explained. “But as a business owner, you have your team for 40 to 50 hours a week — and you pay them to be there!”

Jesus didn’t disciple in a classroom — he did it in daily life. Joseph, his earthly father, likely taught him about integrity in carpentry, fair pricing, and customer service — discipleship through craftsmanship.

Discipling a City: The Lagos Example

Brett shared a striking story from Lagos, Nigeria. While working with the state governor, he observed how the administration brought order to chaos. Okada (motorbike) drivers were required to get licenses and wear helmets. Order began to replace lawlessness — not through preaching, but through policies that shaped habits and mindsets.

“That governor discipled a city better than many pastors disciple a church,” Brett said.

What’s a LEMONpreneur?

Brett also introduced the LEMON leadership framework, a tool he developed to identify five types of leaders:

Luminaries (idea-driven)

Entrepreneurs (opportunity-driven)

Managers (efficiency-driven)

Organizers (task-driven)

Networkers (people-driven)

Understanding your type can help you serve more effectively in both business and ministry. For example, Jay shared how his financial background shapes how he thinks. Recognizing your LEMON type helps integrate your work, calling, creativity, and community.

Inspired Innovation: Co-Creating with God

Another highlight was Brett’s concept of inspired innovation — how God still gives his people ideas today. Whether through dreams or unexpected insights, Brett believes God has countless inventions waiting to be discovered.

He told the story of an entrepreneur who asked God for an idea. The result? A plumbing valve that solved a five-year municipal problem — with a 32,000-unit order to prove it.

“God has millions of products on His mind that haven’t hit the earth yet,” Brett said.

Your Job Is Your Ministry

Addressing a question from Godwin in Nigeria about purpose and career, Brett affirmed:

“You are called to work. Business is a calling. Work is worship.”
He emphasized that unless God redirects you, assume your current role is part of your divine assignment. Whether you’re in finance, tech, or hospitality — every job can reflect God’s nature.

He referenced Psalm 78:72:

“God took David from being a shepherd of sheep and made him a shepherd of a nation.”
Same skill — new purpose.

Discipling Systems, Not Just Souls

Brett encouraged a broader view of the Great Commission. While many focus on reaching ethnos (people groups), scripture also uses cosmos (systems) and eschatos (the un-reached or neglected). That means God isn’t just calling people — He’s redeeming industries, governments, and economies too.

“God was in Christ reconciling the cosmos — not just souls, but systems.”

Collaboration Is Key

French listeners asked about collaboration between ministry and enterprise. Brett emphasized that major breakthroughs in the past 200 years came through teamwork — not lone geniuses.

“You can invent a pencil sharpener alone, but to solve society’s big issues, you need collaboration,” he noted.

Want to Start?

Brett encourages every business leader to begin with these truths:

Work is good.

Work is worship.

You are called to business — unless redirected.

Every process is a chance to disciple.

@ BrettJohnson.biz, you’ll find free resources, assessments, training, and a “15 Foundational Truths” PDF to jump start your journey.

“The only way we’ll complete the Great Commission,” Brett said, “is by integrating discipleship into everyday processes.”

Final Thoughts

Brett Johnson’s message is simple but transformative: discipleship doesn’t stop at Sunday — it should saturate Monday through Saturday. Your business isn’t just a place for profit. It’s a pulpit. It’s a classroom. It’s a mission field.

Start by asking:

How can I reflect God’s nature in every part of my workflow?

From there, you’re not just doing business.
You’re building the Kingdom.

A New Chapter in Discipleship

At SheepFeast, we’re entering a powerful new season, one marked by vision, unity, and purpose. It’s not just a shift in focus; it’s a graduation moment for our community. Just like students stepping into new beginnings, we are stepping into the next thing God is doing through us. The “I Am One” campaign is our public declaration that we are aligning with God’s dream: to see one million people discipled around the world.

From a Simple Prayer to a Global Vision

This movement didn’t start with a strategy. It began in prayer.

During one of our business prayer sessions, the question was posed: “Jesus, what’s Your big dream for our business?” The answer came swiftly and clearly: “One million disciples.” This divine whisper became a rallying cry. Dr. Je confirmed it immediately, declaring, “This is the hill I will die on.” It was the Great Commission, wrapped in the DNA of SheepFeast, yet uniquely revealed for this moment.

What is “I Am One”?

“I Am One” is a call to personal and collective discipleship. It’s about individuals, you and me, saying “yes” to Jesus’ invitation to be disciples and to disciple others. It’s built on the biblical truth that Jesus left the ninety-nine to find the one. Each of us was once that one.

When we say “I am one,” we are also saying, “We are one.” United as the Body of Christ, we’re aligning our talents, prayers, and resources to see God’s Kingdom expand, one disciple at a time.

How You Can Be Part of the Movement

Becoming “one” isn’t symbolic; it’s practical. With just $1 a day, you can:

Support a disciple in a developing country

Fund access to FarmWork (our powerful discipleship software)

Provide leadership training, mentoring, and spiritual support

Empower a scholarship recipient, whom we call “Abraham’s” to replicate the Gospel in their nation

And when you give, you don’t just invest in others. You receive powerful tools to grow, too.

What You Receive as One:

The Business Prayer Planner

A powerful tool that transformed our entire direction. This isn’t just a booklet; it’s a divine blueprint for aligning your life and work with God’s voice.

An “I Am One” T-Shirt

A wearable statement of faith and unity, reminding you and others of your mission.

Exclusive Access to the 12 (Inner Circle Program)

Includes advanced trainings, expert calls, and ongoing mentorship.

Quarterly Intensive Gatherings (“The Furnace”) – Deep dives into real-world issues like family legacy, faith-driven business, and Kingdom influence. These aren’t just seminars; they’re transformational workshops.

Surprise Gift Box – Each one prayed over and filled with hand-picked items intended to bless and equip you.

Spiritual Support – You’ll be covered in prayer by our dedicated team and connected to the 2000 Cubit Rule prayer community.

It’s More Than Software. It’s a Movement.

At its core, SheepFeast offers discipleship-powered technology to help individuals, ministries, and businesses thrive. But beyond the tech, it’s about a Kingdom culture, one where collaboration replaces competition, and community fuels transformation.

Whether you’re a teacher, entrepreneur, pastor, or plumber, discipleship is for everyone. It’s time to stop wondering “how can I make a difference?” and start declaring: “I am one.”

Chocolate, Faith, and the Fight for Fairness

When most of us think of chocolate, we think of sweetness and celebration. But behind the chocolate industry lies a bitter reality: exploitation, unfair wages, and even slave labor in global supply chains.

On this episode of the Corral Call, we welcomed Kim Wilson, founder of the Coco Future Collaborative, who is on a mission to transform the cocoa industry with faith, fairness, and innovation.

From business to mission

Kim’s journey began not with chocolate, but with prayer. In 2004, she asked God to use her business skills for His purposes. That prayer set her on a path that led from corporate boardrooms to mission fields in South Africa, India, and eventually to the cacao farms of Indonesia and Central America.

Through years of prayer journaling and listening for God’s direction, Kim learned that God cares deeply about business decisions, product development, and even boardroom strategies.

The call into cacao

In 2009, while praying about human trafficking and bonded labor, Kim sensed God calling her into an industry she had never expected: cacao. The Lord gave her a detailed picture — something grown locally, requiring manual labor, shelf-stable, natural, and able to be enjoyed both in the producing regions and globally.

Not long after, she learned that nearly 40% of the world’s chocolate supply was linked to slave labor. The pieces clicked into place: cacao would be the arena where faith and fairness could come together.

A woman in a man’s world

The cacao industry has long been dominated by men. In fact, at one conference Kim attended, a speaker addressed “Ladies and gentlemen” — then corrected himself to “Lady and gentlemen,” because she was the only woman present.

Yet God opened doors. When Kim proposed her first experiment with cacao processing, five women farmers showed up to join her. She soon realized that food processing — traditionally women’s work — had been cut out of the supply chain by centuries of export models. By bringing chocolate-making back to the communities, women could re-enter the industry in powerful ways.

Coco Future Collaborative

Founded in 2021, the Coco Future Collaborative helps cacao-producing communities move beyond raw bean exports to value-added chocolate production at origin.

They currently partner with 25–30 makers across 15 countries.

Most are in Central and South America, with some in Africa and Asia.

The nonprofit supports them with FDA compliance, US market access, and sales channels.

They also offer chocolate tasting kits for groups, where you can meet the makers via video while sampling their craft chocolate.

Kim’s vision is simple but radical: farmers should enjoy the fruit of their own labor — something largely denied for the last 500 years of cacao history.

Faith at the center

Not every partner Kim works with is a Christian, but her approach to discipleship is relational:

Living out Kingdom values of service, generosity, creativity, and health.

Praying with colleagues when challenges arise.

Being a faithful friend and advocate.

She reminds us that God knows how to speak to us in our “accent.” Whether through writing, journaling, prayer groups, or unexpected visions, He finds ways to lead us in business and in life.

How to get involved

Host a Tasting: Order a kit at cocofuture.org and gather friends, small groups, or co-workers to sample craft chocolate from around the world.

Support the Mission: As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Coco Future Collaborative welcomes donations to help level the playing field for farmers and makers.

Connect a Maker: Know someone producing cacao or chocolate in-country who wants to expand into the US? Introduce them to Coco Future.

Prayer as Strategy, Not Afterthought

What if your greatest business asset isn’t your product, your pitch, or your profit — but your prayer life?

That’s the conviction of Dayn Benson, co-founder of Praying.com, creator of the Business Prayer Planner, and the world’s first self-proclaimed Chief Prayer Officer.

For decades, Dayn was a successful entrepreneur helping people buy and sell companies. But in 2022, God asked him a question that changed everything: “Why don’t you trust Me?”

His journey since then has shown how daily prayer can transform businesses, marriages, and even governments.

From Chief Development Officer to Chief Prayer Officer

While trying to relaunch a post-COVID business, Dayn gave himself the title “Chief Development Officer.” But God had other plans:

“I don’t like that title. I want you to be Chief Prayer Officer.”

At first, Dayn argued. But eventually, he gave in. And with that yes, God began teaching him what it means to pray for businesses, not just individuals.

The Prayer Registry

Dayn and his co-founder Wyatt launched the Prayer Registry, where for-profit businesses can submit prayer requests. The only requirements?

Be a registered for-profit business.

Be willing to share prayer needs.

It’s free, and companies of all faith backgrounds — even atheists — are welcome. Twice a week, the team gathers to pray out loud over every business on the registry.

And God moves.

A company on the brink of bankruptcy saw a complete turnaround — and is now hiring.

Marriages have been restored, even though the team was praying for cash flow.

In one case, government corruption in a foreign country was reversed after prayer, saving an entire company from closure.

The Business Prayer Planner

Dayn and his wife, Heidi, also co-authored the Business Prayer Planner, a practical tool for integrating daily prayer into your work life.

Each day offers:

A Scripture passage.

A simple prayer prompt.

Space to listen and record what God is saying.

What begins as a 5–10 minute exercise often grows into deeper reflection, team conversations, and Spirit-led breakthroughs.

“Instead of asking God to bless what I’m doing, I’ve learned to ask, ‘Lord, where are You working, and how can I join You?’” — Dayn

Lessons in Spiritual Warfare

Business is not just financial or operational — it’s spiritual. Dayn has seen resistance increase when prayer begins. Anxiety, opposition, and unexpected setbacks often signal spiritual warfare.

But the antidote is simple:

Pray out loud.

Pray in community.

Stand firm in Christ’s authority.

“Jesus gave us the authority not to live under fear. Work is meant to bring dignity and worship, not destruction.”

Why This Matters

Many believers live with a sacred/secular divide, keeping faith on Sundays and business from Monday to Friday. Dayn challenges that mindset:

Paul’s tentmaking wasn’t separate from his ministry — it was his ministry.

Business can be a place of worship, discipleship, and kingdom impact.

Prayer is the bridge that integrates work and worship.

Get Involved

Join the Prayer Registry: Free and open to any for-profit business.

Use the Business Prayer Planner: Available on Amazon for just $6.95.

Bring Prayer to Work: Start small — 5 minutes with your team, asking God where He’s already moving.

They’re not built for entrepreneurs like you.

But SheepFeast is.

More than a CRM. More than a community. SheepFeast equips Christian entrepreneurs with both structure and spiritual support to build God’s way.

Christian Entrepreneurs Were Never Meant to Build Alone

Let’s be real: isolation does not just slow you down—it steals your clarity.

The enemy loves it when you stay stuck in your own head:

Second-guessing your calling

Wrestling with discouragement in silence

Wondering if your faith and business can really coexist

But God calls you to something better: community.
He did not design you to build in the dark—He designed you to build together.

Inside a Christian entrepreneur community like SheepFeast, you’ll find:

People who pray with you before offering advice

Friends who celebrate your wins and speak truth over your setbacks

A safe place to share what you’re really carrying—and grow from it

Why Christian Entrepreneurs Are Choosing SheepFeast

Most business spaces chase numbers.
We chase Kingdom impact.

At SheepFeast, we do not believe in separating faith from strategy.
We believe in God-led growth—the kind that honors Him at every step.

Here’s what makes this community different:

Faith-first friendships: Finally, a space where Jesus is part of every conversation—not a side note

Spirit-led resources: Real tools and teachings that help your business thrive and stay aligned

Biblical encouragement: We do not just drop affirmations—we bring Scripture, prayer, and the Word into every step of the journey

You were not made to water down your values just to “make it.”
You were made to build boldly—with Jesus at the center.
