At SheepFeast, we are committed to helping people make disciples in every area of life—whether in business, ministry, or beyond. That’s why we created The Corral Call, a weekly live gathering where our community can connect, learn, and grow together. Hosted by Mark Rowan and Dr. Je Hammonds, this call is a space for encouragement, discipleship insights, and practical training for those called to lead and serve.

A Culture of Learning and Growth

Mark, known for his knack for naming stuff ;), and Dr. Je, who holds a PhD in theology along with degrees in biology, sports medicine, and business, bring unique perspectives to the conversation. Together, they emphasize that discipleship is happening all around us—whether we realize it or not. People are always watching, learning from our actions and words.

Unlike a typical 9-to-5 environment, SheepFeast fosters a culture that helps individuals succeed in their unique callings. This supportive ecosystem is a key part of what makes our community special.

Encouragement Through the Barnabas Briefs

One of the highlights of the Corral Call is Barnabas Briefs, a series of encouraging thoughts and stories. The first installment, “Rebuild and Repurpose,” illustrates how something once broken down can be transformed into something greater. Mark shared a personal story about his family’s Psalm 23 Camp, where an old dairy barn was repurposed into a hub for ministry, serving thousands over the years. This powerful image reminds us that God can rebuild and repurpose our lives, businesses, and callings for His glory.

Empowering Others Through Scholarships

A major aspect of our mission is supporting individuals who are launching businesses or ministries, especially in developing countries. Our nonprofit partner, GOTI (Global Olympic Training Institute), provides scholarships to help individuals access discipleship and business resources. We were excited to recognize Jonathan, a scholarship recipient, and encourage him to share his business with the community. If you or someone you know could benefit from a scholarship, we invite you to apply and get involved.

Living a Lifestyle of Discipleship

Discipleship is more than just church or ministry work—it’s about how we live daily. Apostle Paul’s words, “Imitate me as I imitate Christ” (1 Corinthians 11:1), remind us that true discipleship is a lifestyle of love and discipline. Whether it’s through small habits like making your bed or major decisions that shape our character, everything we do reflects our walk with Christ. We must be mindful of the “little foxes” that can hinder our growth and stay committed to living a life that honors God.

The Farmwork: Tools for Discipleship and Communication

At SheepFeast, we provide The Farmwork, a platform designed to support disciple-making efforts. The system is divided into three key areas:

  1. Feed the Sheep – Courses and resources to help leaders disciple others.
  2. Lead the Sheep – A communication hub that consolidates emails, phone calls, and social media messages for effective engagement.
  3. Tend the Sheep – CRM and database functionality to track and manage those that are being led

We also offer a Farmwork Q&A section in the 70 where users can ask questions and get help navigating the system. Scholarship recipients and partners, including ministries and businesses, have full access to these powerful tools.

Ambassador Program: Expanding the Mission

For those who want to take an active role in growing the community, we offer the Ambassador Program. This includes different roles such as:

  • Global Ambassadors – Friendly connectors who invite people into the community.
  • Global Influencers – Charismatic individuals who help others find the best fit for their skills.
  • Entrepreneurs-in-Residence – Business owners looking to expand their impact through partnerships.

This program is about impact first, income second—focusing on equipping people to make a difference through discipleship and business.

Community, Orientation, and Open Invitations

Our community is built on relationships, and we want everyone to feel at home. To help new members integrate, we offer a free orientation course, where they can learn how to get involved. We encourage participants to invite others, especially developing country entrepreneurs and leaders, to explore scholarship opportunities and join The 70, our discipleship training community.

Additionally, members are invited to post about what they’re working on, share encouragement, and participate in discussions. The more we engage, the stronger our community becomes!

Guest Speakers and Future Events

We are thrilled to welcome guest speakers who bring valuable insights into discipleship and leadership. Upcoming guests include:

  • Ron Brumbarger, a business mentorship expert from a Christian university.
  • The Rooted Network, a discipleship-focused organization out of Mariners Church in Southern California.
  • The YouVersion Bible App team, joining us later this year to discuss discipleship resources.

Our goal is to feature voices that will equip and inspire our community to deepen their discipleship impact.

Engaging and Supporting Each Other

Community engagement is key to making The Corral Call impactful. One of our members, Jonathan, suggested reaching out to people one-on-one to encourage participation. We love this idea and invite everyone to personally connect with others and build relationships.

We also celebrate Rose, a community member from the Dominican Republic, who offered her skills in website and social media creation. This exemplifies how everyone has a role to play in strengthening the community.

The Furnace: A Space for Leadership Growth

The Furnace is another exciting initiative where Dr. Je shares his 20+ years of business experience. This executive coaching platform provides free advice, wisdom, and lessons learned. It’s open to everyone who wants to grow as a leader in both business and ministry.

Stay Connected and Take Action

We encourage everyone to stay engaged and make the most of the resources available. If you missed the live Corral Call, you can always watch the recording and continue the conversation through our chat and community forums.

If you’re new to SheepFeast, take these steps to get involved:
