What if churches and Christian organizations had the same level of insight into their communities as major corporations?

That’s the question Andrew Esparza, founder of Kingdom Analytics, is helping answer.

In a recent episode of the 2000 Cubit Rule podcast, Andrew joined Mark Rowan for a fascinating conversation about AI, data, generosity, and how Christian leaders can wisely navigate the rapidly changing world of technology.

The discussion explored everything from artificial intelligence and church trends to donor-advised funds and the future crisis of purpose many people may face as technology reshapes work and culture.

From Theme Parks to Kingdom Analytics

Andrew’s journey into analytics was anything but predictable.

Growing up around the theme park industry through his father’s work, Andrew originally pursued design and tourism. He later worked with churches and organizations connected to the theme park and experience design world, including work around church environments and community engagement.

But while serving churches, he noticed a major problem.

Many ministries were making huge decisions, including multimillion-dollar building projects, without truly understanding their communities.

That realization eventually led to the creation of Kingdom Analytics, an organization focused on helping churches, schools, ministries, and Christian businesses better understand the people they are called to serve.

Understanding the “Signs of the Times”

Andrew compared modern analytics to the biblical tribe of Issachar, described as leaders who “understood the signs of the times” and knew what Israel should do.

The goal of Kingdom Analytics is not manipulation or replacing prayer and discernment.

Instead, it is about stewardship.

By studying community trends, demographics, family struggles, and behavioral patterns, churches can better identify real ministry needs in their communities.

For example:

Communities struggling with addiction may need recovery ministries

Areas facing loneliness may need stronger community groups

Families under financial stress may need support and counseling resources

The information already exists. The question is whether churches will use it wisely and redemptively.

AI Is Changing Everything

One of the most compelling parts of the conversation focused on artificial intelligence.

Andrew warned that the Church must prepare for what he called a coming “crisis of purpose.” As AI automates more work, many people who have built their identity around careers may struggle to understand their value and purpose.

He explained that previous technological shifts happened gradually, but AI is advancing exponentially.

That means Christian leaders cannot afford to ignore it.

At the same time, Andrew emphasized that AI itself is not inherently evil. Like any tool, it can be used redemptively or destructively.

He encouraged churches and ministries to develop “green light, yellow light, red light” categories for AI use:

Green light: Helpful, ethical, redemptive uses

Yellow light: Uses requiring caution and discernment

Red light: Uses that replace spiritual responsibility or violate biblical values

One memorable phrase from the conversation was:

“Pray before you prompt.”

That mindset reminds believers that wisdom should still come from God first, not simply from technology.

The Hidden Battle for Time

Another major theme was distraction.

Andrew shared research showing that the average American spends roughly forty hours per week on screens outside of work.

That statistic reveals more than just entertainment habits. It points to a deeper issue involving attention, relationships, and spiritual focus.

As AI-generated content becomes more personalized, people risk becoming trapped in increasingly isolated digital worlds.

For Christian leaders, this creates both a challenge and an opportunity:

How do we help people reconnect to authentic community?

How do we disciple people whose attention is constantly fragmented?

How do we make room for God to move in a distracted culture?

These are not future questions anymore. They are present realities.

Generosity with Wisdom

The conversation also took an unexpected but highly practical turn into generosity and stewardship.

Andrew discussed donor-advised funds, a financial strategy that can help Christians give more effectively and tax efficiently.

Rather than giving only from post-tax cash income, donor-advised funds allow appreciated assets to be given in ways that can increase overall Kingdom impact while reducing unnecessary tax burdens.

His heart behind the strategy was simple:

Steward resources wisely

Increase generosity

Expand Kingdom impact

Andrew emphasized that his long-term passion is helping Christians increase their capacity to give strategically and generously.

A Time of Opportunity

Despite the serious topics surrounding AI and technology, Andrew repeatedly emphasized hope over fear.

The rapid changes happening in culture create enormous opportunities for the Church to lead with wisdom, compassion, and truth.

The key is not rejecting technology blindly or embracing it recklessly.

The key is discernment.

Churches, ministries, and Christian businesses that understand both people and technology will be uniquely positioned to serve communities in powerful ways over the coming decade.

There are battles many Christian men fight in silence. Outwardly, life may appear stable. Ministry continues. Business grows. Families attend church. But beneath the surface, shame, secrecy, and addiction quietly erode the What Happens When Hidden Sin Finally Comes Into the Light?

There are battles many Christian men fight in silence. Outwardly, life may appear stable. Ministry continues. Business grows. Families attend church. But beneath the surface, shame, secrecy, and addiction quietly erode the soul.

In a recent episode of the 2000 Cubit Rule podcast, Scott Marsh shared his deeply personal story of pornography addiction, confession, restoration, and healing. His testimony is not just about failure. It is about what happens when hidden darkness finally meets the light of Christ.

Scott’s journey took him from the aerospace industry at Boeing into pastoral ministry, international missions, and ultimately into a ministry focused on helping men break free from pornography addiction and rebuild trust in their marriages through 90-21 Coaching.

The Danger of Living a Double Life

One of the most powerful moments in the conversation came when Scott described how exhausting it was to maintain two worlds: a public life and a hidden private struggle.

Many Christian men know this tension well. They love Jesus. They serve others. They genuinely desire holiness. Yet hidden habits continue to pull them into cycles of guilt, shame, and isolation.

Pornography addiction in the church is far more common than most people realize. The problem is not only the addiction itself, but the silence surrounding it. Too many men believe they are alone, too broken, or beyond restoration.

But secrecy is where bondage grows strongest.

Confession Is Often the First Step Toward Freedom

Everything changed the moment Scott sent a “911” text to his pastor and confessed the truth. That confession began a painful process, but it also became the doorway to healing.

Many believers fear confession because they assume it will only bring destruction. While consequences are real, confession also breaks the power of hidden sin. Scripture reminds us that healing begins when darkness is brought into the light.

James 5:16 says:

“Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed.”

Confession is not weakness. It is surrender.

Understanding Grace Personally

One of the hardest parts of Scott’s journey was accepting that God’s forgiveness applied to him too.

Many Christians intellectually believe in grace for others while struggling to receive it personally. Shame convinces people they are uniquely disqualified from redemption.

But the Gospel says otherwise.

Jesus did not die only for respectable sins. He came to redeem broken hearts, restore wounded lives, and heal what shame has destroyed.

Over time, through Scripture, worship, counseling, and the support of his church community, Scott began to understand that the blood of Christ was sufficient even for his deepest failures.

Healing Requires More Than Behavior Modification

A major turning point came when Scott realized the issue was not merely behavior. It was a heart issue.

Many men attempt to fight pornography through willpower alone. They create rules, filters, and accountability systems but never allow God to address the deeper wounds beneath the addiction.

True freedom requires heart transformation.

Jesus said in Matthew 15:19 that sinful actions flow from the heart. Lasting healing happens when Christ is invited into the deepest places of pain, insecurity, fear, rejection, and brokenness.

The goal is not simply avoiding sin. The goal is wholehearted surrender.

Why the Church Must Talk About This

Pornography addiction affects pastors, leaders, husbands, business owners, and young men across every denomination and background. Yet many churches still avoid honest conversations about it.

Silence creates isolation. Isolation strengthens addiction.

The Church should be the safest place for repentance, healing, discipleship, and restoration. Not a place where people hide behind appearances while privately falling apart.

This conversation is not about condemnation. It is about freedom.

How 90-21 Coaching Helps Men Find Freedom

After walking through confession, counseling, accountability, and healing, Scott Marsh launched 90-21 Coaching to help other men find freedom from pornography addiction and begin restoring broken trust in their marriages.

Scott offers confidential one-on-one coaching specifically designed for Christian men battling pornography and sexual sin. His primary freedom program includes guided coaching, biblical discipleship, accountability, and practical steps toward lasting change.

He also developed a second coaching program focused on rebuilding trust after betrayal, helping men better understand the healing journey their wives are walking through and how restoration can begin inside the marriage relationship.

What makes Scott’s coaching unique is that it comes from lived experience. He is not speaking theoretically. He walked through the collapse, the confession, the shame, the consequences, and ultimately the restoration himself.

Today, his mission is simple: help men stop hiding and start healing.

There Is Hope for Restoration

One of the most encouraging parts of Scott’s story is that restoration is possible.

After walking through confession, counseling, accountability, and healing, Scott and his wife remained together and began rebuilding trust step by step. Today, he continues helping other men find freedom and restoration through 9021 Coaching.

God still restores people.
God still heals marriages.
God still redeems broken stories.

No one is beyond His reach.

Final Encouragement

If you are secretly battling pornography addiction or hidden sin, do not continue suffering in silence.

Talk to someone.
Confess.
Seek help.
Bring the struggle into the light.

Freedom begins where secrecy ends.

And no matter how far someone has fallen, the grace of Jesus is still greater.

Some testimonies remind you that the Gospel is not just theory. It is power.

In this episode of the 2,000 Cubit Rule podcast, Mark Rowan sat down with Benard Oguti, founder of Ripefields Global Ministries, for a conversation about salvation, spiritual warfare, missions, and the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Benard’s story begins in rural Uganda, surrounded by deep spiritual darkness, poverty, and brokenness. Yet through God’s grace, mentorship, and the power of salvation, his life was radically redirected toward the mission field.

Growing Up Around Witchcraft in Uganda

Benard openly shared that his grandfather practiced witchcraft and intended for him to inherit that legacy.

For many Western listeners, stories like this may seem distant or symbolic. In many parts of Africa, however, witchcraft and spiritual oppression are viewed as very real parts of daily life. Benard described growing up in an environment where fear, spiritual bondage, and broken family structures were common realities.

His parents divorced before he was born, and much of his early life was marked by instability and rejection. At one point, after being falsely accused of theft as a child, he spent three days hiding in the bush before a relative arrived and took him to the city to begin a completely different path.

That moment became one of the first major turning points in his life.

The Power of Salvation Changes Everything

Though Benard grew up around Christianity, he said his true personal encounter with God came in 2015.

He described going through intense spiritual battles and seasons of deliverance as he fully surrendered his life to Christ. Through prayer, fasting, discipleship, and mentorship, God began breaking chains from generations of darkness.

One of the most powerful parts of the conversation was hearing how deeply mentorship shaped his life. Again and again, God brought people alongside him to teach, guide, encourage, and disciple him.

Benard reflected on how nearly every major stage of his growth involved someone investing in him spiritually.

That pattern eventually shaped the vision behind his ministry.

Why Benard Oguti Started Ripefields Global Ministries

As Benard continued growing in his faith, he developed a deep passion for evangelism and missionary work. He often found himself preaching in empty fields, practicing sermons to trees and grass long before he ever preached to crowds.

Over time, God clarified the calling.

Drawing inspiration from John 4:35, “Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest,” Benard launched Ripefields Global Ministries with a vision to mobilize believers for evangelism, discipleship, and missions in unreached regions.

The ministry focuses heavily on:

Evangelism crusades

Mobilizing churches and young missionaries

Discipleship training

Reaching rural and unreached communities

Christian leadership development

Rather than focusing only on large cities, Benard believes God is calling believers into overlooked places where the Gospel has not fully reached.

Christian Education and Discipleship in Uganda

Another major theme of the conversation was education.

Benard now works alongside Christian schools in Uganda, helping strengthen leadership and expand access to Christ-centered education.

Coming from a background where education was not prioritized, he understands firsthand how learning can completely transform a person’s future.

But for Benard, education is not simply about economic advancement.

It is about discipleship.

It is about helping children encounter Jesus while equipping them with the tools to flourish in life and leadership.

That heart for discipleship strongly connects with the broader mission of SheepFeast and the vision of seeing lives transformed through both spiritual and practical equipping.

Spiritual Warfare Is Real, But So Is God’s Power

One of the strongest moments in the interview came when Benard spoke about confronting witchcraft directly during evangelism outreaches in Uganda.

He shared stories of witch doctors opposing crusades, threatening believers, and openly challenging Christian missionaries.

Yet through prayer and boldness, many people still came to Christ.

Benard reminded listeners that while spiritual darkness may manifest differently around the world, believers everywhere are called to stand firm and demonstrate the power of God.

His message was simple but important:

“Show up.”

Whether the battle is witchcraft, addiction, pornography, fear, materialism, or deception, Christians are called to bring light into darkness through the Gospel.

Mobilizing the Next Generation for the Great Commission

Today, Benard is helping mobilize hundreds of missionaries and church leaders across Uganda for evangelism crusades and discipleship efforts.

His vision is not to build a personal platform.

It is to raise up laborers for the harvest.

That burden for the next generation runs throughout the entire conversation. Benard repeatedly emphasized the need for young believers to ask God why they are here and what role they are meant to play in the Great Commission.

His story is a powerful reminder that God can take someone from extreme darkness and use them to impact nations.

Final Thoughts

The testimony of Benard Oguti is ultimately a story about redemption, purpose, and obedience.

God rescued him from spiritual darkness, surrounded him with mentors, strengthened him through discipleship, and called him into the mission field to preach Christ boldly.

And that same Gospel is still transforming lives today.

There are moments in life when things don’t go the way you planned. Doors close. Opportunities fall through. The path you thought was certain suddenly disappears.

For Zach Norris, that wasn’t the end of the story. It was the beginning.

In this episode of the 2000 Cubit Rule, we sit down with Zach, founder of Lamb Telecom, to talk about business, calling, and what it looks like to follow God when the plan changes.

When the Plan Falls Apart

Zach’s original vision was clear. Study finance. Land a role in investment banking. Build a successful career.

He did everything right. Applied to dozens of opportunities. Networked. Pursued internships. Checked all the boxes.

And still, nothing worked.

One rejection after another. Closed doors everywhere he turned.

At the time, Zach wasn’t following Christ. Like many people, his identity was tied to success, performance, and what he could achieve. So when those opportunities disappeared, it hit deeper than just career frustration.

It felt personal.

Looking back, those “no’s” were not setbacks. They were redirection.

The Opportunity That Changed Everything

Eventually, a door opened, just not the one Zach expected.

A telecom company gave him an opportunity, not because of his finance background, but because of his ability to communicate and his experience with languages.

What started as an internship quickly turned into something more. He moved into roles involving product management and customer intelligence, gaining insight into how businesses actually operate and make decisions.

Then came another shift, moving into a sales role in the telecom space.

And that’s when the thought hit him:

“I could do this on my own.”

From Career to Calling

Around this same time, everything changed on a deeper level.

Zach encountered Christ.

What had once been a pursuit of success became something entirely different. His identity was no longer rooted in performance or career outcomes. It was rooted in being a son of God.

That shift changed how he saw work.

Instead of asking, “How do I succeed?” the question became, “How do I serve?”

And that’s where Lamb Telecom was born.

Building a Business That Serves the Church

Lamb Telecom isn’t just another telecom advisory company.

It was built with a mission.

Zach and his team help churches, ministries, and organizations find better technology solutions, everything from internet and phone systems to cybersecurity and infrastructure. But the model is what sets it apart.

They don’t charge churches.

Instead, they provide free advisory services and help organizations reduce unnecessary expenses. To date, they’ve helped save ministries millions of dollars in technology costs.

That’s not just good business. That’s stewardship.

It’s a picture of what happens when business becomes a vehicle for Kingdom impact.

From the U.S. to South Korea

Zach’s story doesn’t stop at business.

Today, he and his wife are living in South Korea, serving with a local church plant while continuing to run Lamb Telecom remotely.

It’s not the easiest setup. His workday often starts early in the morning to align with U.S. time zones. The cultural differences are real. The language is complex. The environment is different in almost every way.

But the mission is clear.

South Korea has a unique spiritual landscape. Many people have heard the name of Jesus, but that doesn’t always translate into a living relationship with Him.

There’s also a growing trend of people stepping away from the church. Burnout, cultural pressures, and distorted expressions of Christianity have left many disillusioned.

And yet, the opportunity is massive.

A Harvest That’s Ready

What stands out about Korean culture is the intensity.

When people commit, they go all in. That applies to work, community, and even faith.

But when that intensity is tied to performance instead of grace, it can lead to exhaustion.

That’s why the message of the gospel matters so much.

Not striving. Not earning. Not performing.

Receiving.

Zach and his team are part of a growing effort to share that truth, not just through words, but through presence, service, and relationship.

The Simplicity of the Mission

At the end of the conversation, Zach shared something that cuts through all the complexity:

“Go tell someone about Jesus.”

That’s it.

No complicated strategy. No perfect script. Just a willingness to step into someone’s life and share the truth that changed yours.

For Zach, it was a friend who extended an invitation.

That one moment changed everything.

What This Means for You

You may not be moving to South Korea.

You may not be starting a telecom company.

But the principle is the same.

Your work matters. Your relationships matter. Your obedience matters.

The question is not whether you’re called to ministry.

If you’re in Christ, you already are.

The real question is: how are you living it out in what’s already in your hands?

Next Step: Simplify What’s Slowing You Down

If you’re a Christian entrepreneur, coach, speaker, or leader, there’s a good chance you’re dealing with something Zach sees every day, too many tools, too much complexity, and opportunities slipping through the cracks.

That’s where SheepFeast comes in.

We help you simplify your tech stack, centralize your communication, and steward your business more effectively so you can focus on what actually matters.

The Leads You Never Knew You Lost

It usually doesn’t feel like you’re losing leads.

It feels like you’re just busy.

You saw the message come in. You meant to respond. Maybe you even started typing something out. But then something else pulled your attention, a meeting, a call, a notification, life.

Later, you remember. But now it feels a little late. So you tell yourself you’ll circle back.

Sometimes you do.
Sometimes you don’t.

And nothing feels broken enough to fix.

But over time, those small moments begin to add up.

Not dramatically. Quietly.

When “I’ll Follow Up Later” Becomes a Pattern

Most Christian coaches, speakers, authors, and entrepreneurs are not careless with people.

They genuinely want to serve well.

But without a clear system, follow-up becomes dependent on memory instead of structure.

And memory is inconsistent.

So what happens?

A conversation that had momentum… fades.
A potential client who was interested… moves on.
An opportunity to help someone… disappears without closure.

Not because you didn’t care.

Because you didn’t have a system.

The Hidden Cost of Missed Follow-Up

This is where it gets deeper.

Losing leads is not just about lost revenue.

It’s about missed connection.

Every person who reaches out is doing so for a reason. They’re looking for help, direction, clarity, or next steps. And when that connection isn’t followed through, something is left unfinished.

You don’t always see the cost immediately.

But it shows up over time in ways like:

Inconsistent income

Conversations that never convert

A sense that you’re working harder than you should be

And underneath it all, a quiet awareness:

“Something isn’t flowing the way it should.”

Why This Keeps Happening (Even If You’re Organized)

You might already consider yourself fairly organized.

You respond to emails.
You check your messages.
You try to stay on top of things.

But the issue usually isn’t effort.

It’s fragmentation.

Your conversations are spread across:

Email

Text

Social media DMs

Notes or reminders

Nothing is truly centralized.

So even if you’re doing your best to keep up, there’s no single place where everything lives. No clear system that ensures every conversation is tracked and continued.

Which means follow-up becomes reactive.

And reactive systems always leak.

The Shift: From Remembering to Relying on a System

The breakthrough for most Christian entrepreneurs doesn’t come from trying harder.

It comes from shifting how follow-up happens entirely.

Instead of asking:
“Did I remember to follow up?”

You move to:
“My system ensures no one is forgotten.”

This is where platforms like HighLevel CRM begin to make sense.

Not as a tool to add more complexity.

But as a way to bring everything into one place.

When your system is set up correctly:

Every new lead is captured automatically

Every message is connected to a contact

Every conversation has a next step

Follow-up happens consistently, not occasionally

You’re no longer relying on memory.

You’re operating with intention.

But a Tool Alone Won’t Fix This

This is where many people get stuck.

They hear about HighLevel CRM, sign up, and expect the problem to solve itself.

But without a clear system behind it, even the best platform becomes underused.

Automation doesn’t trigger the right way.
Pipelines don’t reflect reality.
Follow-up is still inconsistent.

And it starts to feel like just another tool.

The truth is simple:

It’s not about having the right platform.
It’s about having the right structure.

What It Looks Like When It’s Working

When your follow-up system is aligned, everything feels different.

You’re not wondering who you need to respond to.
You’re not trying to remember where a conversation left off.
You’re not hoping you didn’t miss something.

Instead:

Every lead is captured

Every person receives a response

Every conversation moves forward

There’s clarity.

There’s consistency.

And there’s a noticeable shift from striving… to flow.

If This Feels Familiar, You’re Not Alone

Most Christian entrepreneurs don’t have a lead problem.

They have a follow-up problem.

And the encouraging part is this:

That’s fixable.

If you already have HighLevel but feel like you’re only using a fraction of it, or if your current setup feels scattered, this is exactly where the shift begins.

Take a few minutes to read this guide on
HighLevel for Christian entrepreneurs, where the full system is broken down in a simple, clear way.

Why Choosing the Right CRM Matters

As a Christian coach, speaker, or author, your business is built on relationships.

Conversations matter. Follow-up matters. Trust matters.

But as those relationships grow, it becomes difficult to manage everything through email, notes, or memory alone.

At some point, structure becomes necessary.

That’s where a CRM, a Customer Relationship Management system, comes in.

Not as a replacement for connection, but as a way to support it.

What Faith-Driven Entrepreneurs Actually Need in a CRM

Many CRM platforms are designed for large sales teams or enterprise environments.

That’s not what most Christian entrepreneurs need.

Instead, the focus is usually much simpler:

You need a way to keep track of people, stay consistent in communication, and ensure that no one is forgotten.

Practically, that means:

A central place for contacts

A way to follow up automatically

Visibility into where conversations stand

Simple scheduling and next steps

Anything beyond that should support those core functions, not complicate them.

Popular CRM Options to Consider

There are several well-known platforms available, each with its own strengths.

HighLevel CRM offers an all-in-one approach, combining CRM, automation, funnels, and communication tools into a single system.

HubSpot CRM is widely used and offers a robust free tier, though many features require upgrades as your needs grow.

Zoho CRM provides flexibility and customization, but can feel complex depending on how it’s configured.

Salesforce is powerful but typically geared toward larger organizations with dedicated teams.

Where HighLevel Stands Out for Christian Businesses

For many Christian entrepreneurs, the appeal of HighLevel CRM is its simplicity through consolidation.

Instead of managing multiple subscriptions and disconnected tools, everything lives in one place.

This can significantly reduce:

Time spent switching between platforms

Missed follow-up due to fragmentation

The cost of stacking multiple tools

However, this benefit only becomes real when the platform is set up intentionally.

The Real Question: Which CRM Will You Actually Use?

It’s easy to compare features.

But the better question is:

Which system will you consistently use?

A powerful CRM that sits unused doesn’t help your business.

A simple system that you engage with daily does.

For most Christian coaches, speakers, and authors, success comes down to clarity and consistency, not complexity.

How to Choose the Right CRM for Your Stage

If you’re early in your journey, you may only need a simple way to track contacts and conversations.

As you grow, automation and structure become more important.

Eventually, you’ll want a system that:

Captures every lead

Follows up automatically

Guides people through a process

This is where an all-in-one platform like HighLevel CRM becomes more valuable.

But Here’s What Most Reviews Miss

Most CRM comparisons focus on features.

Very few address implementation.

And that’s where the real difference is made.

Without a clear system behind it, even the best CRM will feel confusing or underused.

If you want to see how this actually works in practice, read:
HighLevel for Christian entrepreneurs

A Better Way Forward

The goal isn’t just to choose a CRM.

It’s to create a system that supports your calling and allows you to serve people consistently.

That requires:

Simplicity

Structure

Intentional follow-up

The tool matters. But how you use it matters more.

Start Free. Simplify Your System

You Saw the Potential… But Something Didn’t Click

When you first signed up for HighLevel CRM, it probably made a lot of sense.

One platform.
All your tools in one place.
Automation that saves time.

It felt like the solution to everything that had been frustrating about your business.

But after logging in and clicking around, that clarity started to fade.

You may have set up a few contacts, maybe even created a pipeline or two. But instead of simplifying your business, it started to feel like one more system to figure out.

So you stepped back.

Not because you didn’t believe in it.
But because you didn’t know how to make it work for you.

Why HighLevel Feels Overwhelming at First

The challenge with a platform like HighLevel isn’t that it’s too complicated.

It’s that it’s too open.

There are so many possibilities that it doesn’t tell you where to begin. And without a clear starting point, most people either overbuild or underuse it.

Some try to set up everything at once, funnels, automations, pipelines, emails, only to get stuck halfway through.

Others do just enough to get by, but never experience the full benefit.

In both cases, the result is the same:

The tool never becomes a true system.

The Shift That Changes Everything

Instead of asking:
“What can HighLevel do?”

Start asking:
“What should happen every time someone interacts with my business?”

That question changes everything.

Because now you’re not thinking in features.

You’re thinking in flow.

For a Christian coach, speaker, or entrepreneur, that flow might look like this:

Someone reaches out → they receive a response → a conversation begins → a next step is offered → a relationship is built.

That’s the system.

HighLevel simply supports it.

A Simple Way to Start Using HighLevel Effectively

You don’t need to master everything. You just need to get a few key pieces working together.

Start by focusing on what matters most.

First, make sure every lead has a place to go. Whether someone messages you, fills out a form, or books a call, their information should land in one central location. This alone removes a huge amount of friction.

Next, establish a consistent first response. When someone reaches out, they shouldn’t have to wait until you remember to reply. A simple automated message creates immediate connection and sets the tone.

From there, begin tracking conversations intentionally. A pipeline isn’t just a feature, it’s a visual way of understanding where people are in their journey with you. It removes guesswork and helps you stay present with each opportunity.

Finally, make sure every interaction leads somewhere. Not in a forced way, but in a clear one. Every conversation should have a next step, whether that’s a call, a resource, or a decision.

When these pieces are in place, HighLevel starts to feel different.

Not overwhelming.
Not excessive.
Just… useful.

Why This Matters More Than You Think

For many Christian entrepreneurs, this isn’t just about running a better business.

It’s about being faithful with what’s been entrusted to you.

When your systems are unclear, it becomes easy for people to fall through the cracks. Not intentionally, but practically.

And over time, that creates friction in both your business and your spirit.

But when your systems are simple and consistent, you create space to actually serve people well.

You’re not scrambling to remember what’s next.

You’re present. Focused. Intentional.

If You Already Have HighLevel, You’re Closer Than You Think

One of the biggest misconceptions is that you need something new.

In most cases, you don’t.

You already have the tool.

What you need is clarity on how to use it in a way that fits your business and your calling.

That’s exactly what this guide walks through:
HighLevel for Christian entrepreneurs

Where The Farmwork Comes In

This is where many people need help.

Not with learning every feature.

But with simplifying, structuring, and implementing what actually matters.

The Farmwork, built on HighLevel CRM, is designed to help you move from scattered to structured without unnecessary complexity.

It’s not about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things, consistently.

Start Free. Then Build It Right

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start using HighLevel with clarity:

Try It for Yourself

Start your FREE 7-day trial of The Farmwork

When Leadership Isn’t What You Expected

Most people step into leadership thinking it’s the mountaintop.

More influence. More impact. More opportunity.

But what many actually experience is something very different.

As Bethany Rees, founder of Leadership on the Rocks shared on the 2000 Cubit Rule podcast, leadership often becomes an immediate collision with reality, filled with problems, pressure, and people challenges that no one fully prepares you for.

Instead of standing on the mountaintop, many leaders find themselves navigating a landslide.

And the question becomes, what is your leadership built on?

The Three Realities Every Leader Faces

No matter your industry, calling, or level of experience, leadership always includes three core challenges:

1. Conflict

Leadership is no longer about tasks. It’s about people.

Different personalities. Different expectations. Different communication styles.

Conflict shows up when those differences collide.

2. Constraints

Every leader faces limitations.

Not enough time. Not enough money. Not enough resources.

The pressure of “I need to get this done, but I don’t have enough” is universal.

3. Problems

Leadership often feels like constant problem-solving.

Issues pop up all day long, and many leaders feel like they are just putting out fires.

Why You Can’t Outwork Leadership Challenges

High performers often believe they can solve leadership problems through effort.

Better systems. More structure. More discipline.

But there’s a hard truth.

You cannot outwork conflict, constraints, and problems.

Trying to do so leads to stress, frustration, and eventually burnout.

Instead, leadership requires a shift.

Not just doing more, but leading differently.

From Reaction to Response

One of the most powerful shifts Bethany highlighted is this:

Great leaders don’t react. They respond.

Reaction is driven by:

Emotion

Assumption

Pressure

Response is built on:

Clarity

Curiosity

Wisdom

This shift changes everything.

Instead of escalating problems, you begin to navigate them with purpose.

The Foundation of Leadership That Lasts

Jesus makes a powerful statement in Matthew 7.

Those who hear His words and put them into practice are like someone who builds their house on the rock.

Storms still come.

Pressure still rises.

But the foundation holds.

This is the difference between:

Leadership built on performance

Leadership built on position

Leadership built on personality

…and leadership built on something deeper.

A foundation that doesn’t collapse under pressure.

The Four Parts of Healthy Leadership

Bethany breaks leadership down into four essential areas:

Head, Your Mindset

Your biggest battle is internal.

If you don’t control your thinking, your thinking will control your leadership.

Heart, Your Relationships

Leadership is about people.

Connection, communication, and trust are not optional. They are foundational.

Hands, Your Execution

Results matter.

Systems, processes, and clarity help your team move forward effectively.

Guts, Your Accountability

Ownership is everything.

Strong leaders take responsibility before placing blame.

The Leadership Trap Most People Fall Into

Many leaders try to be “nice.”

They avoid hard conversations. They tolerate problems. They delay decisions.

But there is a difference between being nice and being kind.

Nice avoids truth.

Kind communicates truth clearly.

As Bethany shared, clarity is kindness.

When expectations are unclear, people fail without realizing why.

When feedback is delayed, small issues become big problems.

Strong leadership requires courage.

How to Lead Through Constraints

One of the biggest struggles for entrepreneurs and leaders is feeling limited.

Constraints create pressure.

But they also reveal something important.

They reveal dependence.

Instead of asking:
“How do I push harder?”

Better leaders begin asking:
“What is God showing me in this?”

Sometimes the constraint is something to overcome.

Sometimes it’s a boundary meant to redirect you.

Discernment becomes essential.

Building Leadership That Multiplies Impact

True leadership impact doesn’t start with strategy.

It starts with transformation.

Bethany described it like a cascading effect:

Personal transformation

Strong relationships

Healthy culture

Effective organization

Community impact

You don’t change the world by skipping steps.

You change it by starting within.

What This Means for Your Business

If you are a Christian entrepreneur, coach, speaker, or leader, this matters more than you think.

Because leadership directly affects:

How you serve people

How your team operates

How your business grows

How consistent your results are

And here’s the reality.

Many businesses are not struggling because of lack of opportunity.

They are struggling because leadership systems are unclear, inconsistent, or reactive.

That’s where structure becomes a powerful ally.

Make Room for Better Leadership

You didn’t step into leadership to constantly feel overwhelmed.

You stepped in to make an impact.

But impact requires clarity.

It requires consistency.

And it requires the right foundation.

If your systems, communication, and follow-up are scattered, it becomes harder to lead well.

That’s why we built The Farmwork.

A simple, all-in-one platform designed to help Christian entrepreneurs and leaders:

Stay organized

Follow up consistently

Serve people effectively

Lead with clarity

Your Next Step

If you’re ready to simplify your systems and lead more effectively:

Start your FREE 7-day trial at SheepFeast.com

You Didn’t Start This for the Software

If you’re a Christian coach, speaker, author, or entrepreneur, you didn’t start your business because you love managing tools.

You started because you felt called.

Called to serve people.
Called to make an impact.
Called to do work that matters.

But as your business grows, complexity creeps in:

Too many tools

Missed follow-ups

Leads slipping through the cracks

Systems that feel reactive instead of intentional

That’s where platforms like HighLevel CRM come in.

But here’s the truth:

HighLevel is powerful, but it’s not the solution by itself.
Without the right system, it becomes just another tool.

This guide will show you how to use HighLevel the right way, so your business becomes simpler, more effective, and aligned with your calling.

What Is HighLevel and How Does It Help Christian Entrepreneurs?

HighLevel CRM is an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform designed to replace multiple tools.

It brings together:

Contact management (CRM)

Email and SMS communication

Automation and follow-up

Funnels and landing pages

Scheduling and pipelines

For Christian entrepreneurs, this matters because:

Clarity creates capacity.

Instead of managing disconnected systems, you can:

Respond faster

Follow up consistently

Keep relationships organized

Focus more on people, not platforms

Why Most Christian Business Owners Struggle with HighLevel

If you already have HighLevel but aren’t fully using it, you’re not alone.

Most people:

Feel overwhelmed

Set up a few things

Stop short of full implementation

This happens because:

There is no clear roadmap

The system isn’t aligned with how they operate

They’re trying to “figure it out” alone

The result?
HighLevel becomes underused, and opportunities are still missed.

The Real Problem: It’s Not the Tool, It’s the System

Most Christian entrepreneurs are not lacking passion or vision.

They are lacking structure.

You might recognize this:

Following up inconsistently

Forgetting conversations

Switching between multiple platforms

Spending more time managing tech than serving people

This is not a HighLevel problem.

It is a system problem.

And without systems, even the strongest calling becomes difficult to sustain.

A Simple HighLevel Framework for Christian Entrepreneurs

Instead of trying to use every feature, start with a clear, simple system.

1. Capture Every Opportunity

Every lead, message, or inquiry should enter one central place.

No sticky notes. No scattered inboxes.

2. Automate Immediate Follow-Up

Every new contact should receive a response within minutes, not days.

This builds trust and prevents lost opportunities.

3. Track Every Conversation

Know exactly where each relationship stands.

No guessing. No forgotten follow-ups.

4. Guide People Through a Journey

From first contact to client, there should be a clear path.

Not random conversations, but intentional movement.

5. Stay Consistent Without Burnout

Automation handles repetition so you can focus on people.

This is where HighLevel CRM becomes powerful:

It supports a system instead of creating complexity.

Best HighLevel Features for Coaches, Speakers, and Authors

For your audience, these are the most important features:

CRM (Contact Management)

Keep every relationship organized and accessible.

Automated Follow-Up

Ensure no lead or conversation is missed.

Pipelines

Visually track where people are in your process.

Scheduling

Eliminate back-and-forth and simplify booking.

Funnels & Pages

Create simple paths for people to engage with you.

HighLevel vs Other CRMs for Christian Businesses

Many platforms exist, including:

HubSpot CRM

Zoho CRM

Salesforce

These are powerful tools.

But for many Christian entrepreneurs, they create:

Too much complexity

Too many add-ons

Too steep of a learning curve

Not to mention a considerable price point

HighLevel stands out because it combines everything into one system.

But again:

The tool is only as effective as the system behind it.

Mid-Point Reality Check (Important)

If you’re reading this and thinking:

“I already have HighLevel… but I’m not really using it well”

You’re exactly who this is for.

Most people don’t need:

Another platform

Another subscription

Another course

They need:

Clarity

Structure

Someone to help them implement what they already have

Faith, Stewardship, and Simplicity in Business

This is bigger than efficiency.

It’s about stewardship.

When your systems are scattered:

People fall through the cracks

Opportunities are missed

Relationships are not nurtured

When your systems are aligned:

People are cared for consistently

Communication becomes intentional

Growth becomes sustainable

Simplicity is not just a strategy.
It is a form of faithfulness.

Where The Farmwork Fits In

This is where many Christian entrepreneurs get stuck.

They don’t need more tools.

They need help making the right system work.

That’s where The Farmwork by SheepFeast comes in.

Built on HighLevel CRM, The Farmwork focuses on:

Simplifying your tech stack

Implementing systems that match your calling

Helping you actually use what you already have

Supporting you with real experience since 2019

Whether you:

Already have HighLevel

Feel overwhelmed by multiple tools

Or want a clearer, simpler system

The goal is the same:

Bring order to your business so you can serve people well.

What Happens When It Finally Clicks

When your system is working:

Leads stop slipping through the cracks

Follow-up becomes automatic

Conversations move forward consistently

You close more opportunities

You spend less time managing tools

And most importantly:

You get back to doing what you’re called to do.

Is HighLevel Right for Your Business?

HighLevel is a great fit if:

You are a coach, speaker, author, or service-based entrepreneur

You are juggling multiple tools

You want to simplify and centralize your systems

You are ready to be more intentional with follow-up

It may not be the right fit if:

You are not yet engaging with leads or clients

You are not ready to implement systems

Start Free. Get Clarity. Build a System That Works.

If you’re serious about simplifying your business and actually using your CRM the way it was meant to be used, don’t start with more complexity.

Start with a system that works.

Why Most Businesses Never Build a Legacy

Many businesses grow. Few actually last.

That’s the tension Jonathan Sheeley addresses in this conversation. Growth alone does not equal impact. Revenue does not equal legacy. And success today does not guarantee significance tomorrow.

The real question is this:
What continues when you are no longer there to lead it?

That is the foundation of legacy.

What Legacy Really Means in Business

Jonathan defines legacy simply:

Legacy is what keeps going when you’re gone.

That shifts everything.

Legacy is not your current success.
It is not your systems.
It is not even your reputation.

It is what remains, multiplies, and continues to impact others without your direct involvement.

For business owners, this means building something deeper than profit:

A culture that outlasts you

A mission that continues forward

Leaders who carry the vision beyond your presence

The Three Foundations: Purpose, Vision, and Mission

One of the most practical parts of the conversation is how Jonathan breaks down three commonly confused ideas.

Purpose: The Why That Fuels Everything

Purpose is the internal driver. It is the reason your business exists. You may not say it every day, but it should be felt in every decision.

Vision: The Direction You’re Heading

Vision answers the question: Where are we going? It is long-term and directional. It gives your team clarity about the future, even if every step is not yet defined.

Mission: The Measurable Path Forward

Mission is where many businesses get stuck.

Jonathan reframes it as:

Time-bound

Measurable

Actionable

A true mission includes:

Clear outcomes

Economic realities

A defined timeline

This is what turns vision into movement.

Why Legacy Requires Long-Term Thinking

Most leaders are trained to think in quarters. Legacy requires thinking in decades.

That does not mean ignoring today. It means aligning today’s decisions with tomorrow’s impact.

Jonathan calls this “thinking short-term and long-term at the same time.”

This includes:

Building systems, not just quick wins

Developing people, not just performance

Creating clarity that survives leadership transitions

Legacy is not built quickly. It is built intentionally.

The Difference Between Good Companies and Great Ones

A powerful distinction from the conversation:

Good companies are respected by customers

Better companies are valued by employees

Great companies are trusted by entire communities

When families, employees, and communities all recognize the value of a business, something deeper is happening.

That is legacy at work.

The Danger of Building for Yourself

One of the biggest misconceptions about legacy is motivation. If the goal is recognition, influence, or personal success, the foundation is unstable. True legacy is built for others.

That means:

Letting go of control over time

Developing leaders who can surpass you

Creating systems that evolve beyond your preferences

Legacy leadership is not about staying at the center.
It is about preparing others to carry the mission forward.

The Role of Leadership in Legacy

Every legacy starts with leadership. Not just vision casting, but:

Clear decision-making frameworks

Healthy team culture

Alignment across the organization

Jonathan emphasizes that many companies drift because they never stop to evaluate:

What are we actually doing?

Why are we doing it?

Does it still serve the mission?

Without intentional leadership, businesses accumulate noise instead of clarity.

The Importance of Letting Go of “Sacred Cows”

Every business has habits, systems, and strategies that once worked but no longer serve the mission. Jonathan describes these as “sacred cows.”

Legacy-focused leaders are willing to:

Reevaluate everything

Remove outdated processes

Adapt to new realities

Because legacy is not about preserving methods. It is about preserving purpose.

How This Applies to Christian Entrepreneurs

For Christian business owners, this conversation carries even greater weight. Legacy is not just about business success. It is about stewardship.

That includes:

Serving people well

Reflecting Christ through leadership

Building something that multiplies impact

This aligns closely with the call to make disciples in every sphere, including business.

Your company is not just a vehicle for income. It is a platform for influence, transformation, and long-term Kingdom impact.

Start Thinking Beyond Today

If there is one takeaway from this conversation, it is this:

Do not just build something that works. Build something that lasts.

That requires:

Clarity in purpose

Direction through vision

Execution through mission

Leadership that develops others

And most importantly, a willingness to think beyond yourself. Because in the end, legacy is not what you build. It is what continues.

Ready to Simplify and Strengthen Your Business?

If you’re building for long-term impact, you can’t afford scattered tools and missed opportunities.

SheepFeast helps Christian entrepreneurs centralize their systems so they can focus on serving people and growing what matters.
