Our name is rooted in John 21:17, when Jesus tells Peter to, “Feed my sheep.” We believe every Christian leader has been entrusted with people to serve. Our role is to equip those leaders so they can faithfully feed the people God has placed in their care. SheepFeast exists to help Christian leaders faithfully steward the message God has entrusted to them. Through the Metamorphoo Method, Farmwork, coaching, and community, we help coaches, speakers, authors, consultants, and entrepreneurs clarify their message, strengthen their communication, and multiply their Kingdom impact.
What's With All the Sheep?
Founder, Mark Rowan, grew up on a sheep farm in West Virginia where his parents, Dennis and Glenda Rowan founded Psalm 23 Camp as ministry to train and equip young people with Biblical values. Those early experiences shaped not only our name, but our conviction that leadership is ultimately about faithful stewardship, not platform building.

Why Psalm 23 Matters
Psalm 23 shapes the way we think about leadership, discipleship, and stewardship. Just as the Good Shepherd lovingly guides His sheep, our mission is to equip Christian leaders to care for the people God has entrusted to them.
The Psalm 23 Discipleship Statement: A disciple knows God provides, operates out of rest, walks uprightly, does not fear, knows they are victorious and is anointed. That anointing overflows into the lives others making additional disciples. The disciple’s life is marked by goodness, mercy and continually dwelling in God's presence.
Our Objective
SheepFeast creates a "lie down in green pastures" experience by helping Christian leaders faithfully feed, lead, and care for the people God has entrusted to them. We equip them with the clarity, tools, and support to steward their calling and make a lasting Kingdom impact.
The 23rd Psalm
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Our Team
Mark Rowan
Founder
Mark was created to help others communicate. Growing up on a West Virginia sheep farm, he also assisted with his family’s Christian youth camp: Psalm 23 Camp. After farm life, Mark attended Liberty University and received a communications degree.
After helping organizations communicate for more than two decades, Mark developed the Metamorphoo Method—a practical framework born from years of refining his own calling and helping other Christian leaders communicate with greater clarity and impact.
At home, he is blessed to have his astounding wife Jenny and four amazing children Elena Kay, Cassia, Josiah and Addie.
Jenny Rowan
Partner Care Director
Jenny has a true shepherd's heart and leads our customer care and partner relations efforts here at SheepFeast. She carries a wealth of wisdom, knowledge and discernment that benefits all those around her.
For the past several years, Jenny has been on team at Wave Church in Virginia Beach. She serves as a pastor overseeing the pastoral care and hospitality needs of the church.
Jenny is married to our Founder, Mark Rowan. They met at Liberty in 1998 and have been adventuring together ever since. She is an awesome gift giver, loves a good K-Drama and enjoys being a mama and friend to many.

Since June 2024 Dr. Je Hammonds has been an integral part of the leadership providing strategic direction and spiritual wisdom.
Dr. Je is a serial entrepreneur, internationally recognized business breakthrough strategist associate Contributor – The Six Figure Coach Magazine Coach, global business, ministry, and missions operations leader, wealth Strategist, public speaker and growth consultant.
He blessed to journeying through life with his beautiful bride, Rhonda. Coming along are their two lively sidekicks Mango (doggo) and Kiwi (kitteh) also known as the "Fruit Troop."
